What a fantastic day we had at our Family Day last Saturday! The sun shone brightly as children, parents, alumni and staff enjoyed a wonderful afternoon together. There was something for everyone, with a variety of stalls to enjoy – bouncing on inflatables, hooking a duck, aiming at the coconuts, trying their luck at the toy and bottle tombolas, welly wanging, and, of course, sponging the teacher!
A special highlight this year was our brand-new dog show in partnership with Best Behaviour School for Dogs, which was a huge hit. From the most handsome dog to the best child handler, there were plenty of wagging tails and smiles, and the dogs certainly stole the show! The cake stall was buzzing with delicious treats and our incredible school catering team kept everyone refreshed throughout the day.
It was wonderful to see families chatting and enjoying a relaxed afternoon of fun, with children from all year groups running around and taking part in all the stalls. A special thank you to all our performers – our choirs, orchestra, and dancers – who shone on stage and thank you to everyone involved in making the day so special. We can’t wait for next year!
