Lockdown Art

Creativity continues to thrive in our art department during lockdown at home.  So far this term in the Prep, pupils have been tasked with drawing self-portraits, creating sculptures using cardboard tubes, spelling out their names using objects that tell a story, and making VE anniversary bunting.

Year 7 and 8 pupils were also challenged to produce an album cover, thinking about the band name, music genre, style and image. They responded with some very playful and creative designs.

In the Pre-Prep, Reception children have created lots of colourful art as part of their ‘Under The Sea’ topic and all the children have drawn and made beautiful rainbows to decorate our virtual school.
